I didn't take photo because I was hungry. It was a raining day : perfect place for rainy day! Food : 9/10 I was just hoping the noodle in my bowl is sweet potato one. It takes a while to get your food after you order. Cleanliness : 9/10

love love this place! I am so happy I stopped here for dinner - we came 1 hour before closing and there weren't too many other diners so the wait was minimal and we got seated immediately. The complimentary banchan was out of this world!! Their marinated onions and fresh kimchi was so good... I could have a whole tub of them. For the portion / type of food, I feel like this was a bit pricey. Total for dinner was $100 including tax and tip. Definitely a more "clean" meal, I was full by the end of dinner but honestly think it was the liquid weight and I am not complaining! I do wish there were some grilled meat options on the menu, that would be perfect!

This is a must visit place every time I visit Dallas. The flavors and quality is on point, and it's such a hearty meal without being heavy. Their broth hits the spot, and meats are tender. Clean, cozy, and friendly staff. I've ordered both the large pot version and individual version, but love the individual so don't have to share.

I'm so so happy I stopped by for lunch! The weather is a little rainy so I thought that this would be a great time for some soup! This was my first time ordering seollong tang! I was greeted and seated immediately, and the food came out super fast! The owner (I think?) explained how to eat it, and I dove right in. The banchan was delicious, and the portions were so generous. There was so much meat in the soup! The cold barley tea was a great sidekick to the heat of the soup. The owner kept checking in on me, giving me suggestions on what to eat next and if it tasted good, which I appreciated so much. Although seollong tang comes unsalted, the broth was creamy and had such a rich deep beef flavor to it. It felt like a giant, warm hug. My only regret is that I don't live closer to be able to try more soups here!

Quick service, large parking lot. Definitely need to add your own salt to the broth, but very good. Plenty of meat, and lots of tendon! Ban Chan was good too! Your standard Korean atmosphere--loud K-pop, but not obnoxiously loud Came out to $45 after tip for 2-Seok-Uh (Mixed) Seolleong Tang (#3)

My favorite seolleongtang (beef soup) ever! The broth is delicious and the meat is thin and very tender. I always order the number 2 (Chadol Seolleong Tang). The banchan are the best, but especially the kkakdgui (cubed radish kimchi). I am obsessed and find myself craving it often. My Korean husband has taken me to many restaurants and this is, by far, my favorite for beef soup. If you haven't tried it yet, you should!

Bring your appetite (and maybe some floss)! I love Korean soup, and this place satisfied my craving. We tried the galbi tang and the ox bone soup. Galbi tang had so much umami flavor, and the clear broth was very soothing. The ox bone soup was very rich, and we added salt to our liking. I also really enjoyed the banchan. The meat tends to get stuck in my teeth, but that's usually the case for me. The service is quick, and the vibe was very calm in the late morning when we went.

I was meeting up with an old friend on a cold, rainy day in Dallas and saw the reviews for this place and knew we had to go here. The strip mall it's in looks a little sketchy, but the interior is nicely decorated in a minimalist style. Most of the customers were Asian and that's always a good sign We were able to get seated right away and I was excited to introduce my friend to Korean soups. We both ordered #3 with the mixed meats. We caught up and enjoyed our barley tea and soon the soup, purple rice and side dishes were delivered. I LOVED this place. We got refills on the panchan and the fermented vegetables were a nicely balanced by the bone broth and meats. I added a lot of green onions to my soup and a few small sprinkles of salt. I made sure to drink all of my delicious soup and most of my rice. I wish I had a place like this in my town but would highly encourage anyone within driving distance to GO NOW!!!
